We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Mobile Plant Technician. Based primarily across London, areas include SE1, SE26, SE16,E17, E6, IG11, EN2, W3, NW3, SW17, BR3, BR5 and our Motney depot ME8 7UA — you’ll play a vital role in servicing and repairing a wide range of construction plant machinery.Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…
  • Service and maintain a variety of company plant assets, including towable equipment.
  • Carry out timely repairs to minimise equipment downtime.
  • Provide excellent customer service, both on-site and in the workshop.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the workshop supervisor and other team members.
  • Assist colleagues across the Plant team as needed.
  • Attend emergency breakdowns on-site when required.
This is a hands-on, varied role that offers the opportunity to work across different sites and with a broad range of equipment.We would love to hear from you if…You hold a recognised qualification in plant maintenance, such as an NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent, and who have solid, demonstrable, hands-on experience maintaining construction plant equipment.You’ll be self-motivated, with strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach to your work. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential for this mobile role, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure and get machinery back up and running efficiently.
