This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring minimal disruption to building users.
- Respond promptly to helpdesk requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Liaise with site stakeholders and the Technical Supervisor to maintain high service standards.
- Support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives in line with JLL’s ESG goals.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Experience in delivering hard M&E services in a commercial or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of building services and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Concept).
- Health & Safety training (IOSH or equivalent).
- Familiarity with sustainability technologies and ESG practices.
- Trade-related qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
- 18th Edition (for electrical candidates).
- Asbestos Awareness or Duty to Manage certification.
