The team of three are responsible for fulfilling our trade and transaction reporting responsibilities currently under MIFID II, EMIR, FINFRAG, MAS and SFTR.Your role
Fully understand the Regulatory Transaction Reporting regimes/requirements and ensure PAM is compliant.
Ensure precise and timely reporting to ARMs, TRs and APAs, using a mixture of STP, exception management and Delegation.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of our reporting responsibilities through EMIR TR Reconciliations and FCA reconciliations.
Use Kaizen, Novatus, and internal KPIs to identify issues and monitor the accuracy and timeliness of our reporting.
Act as central point of contact for Transaction Reporting queries from inter-nal and external stakeholders.
Build effective relationships with our Delegated Counterparties to facilitate efficient resolution of issues.
Manage onboarding tasks for new Funds, IDMs/EDMs.
Actively participate in developing our Control Framework.
Your profile
At least 3 years' experience in a Regulatory Transaction Reporting team or a broader role including coverage of regulatory reporting within Asset Management.
Expert knowledge of EMIR and/or MIFID regulations.
Previous experience of a Delegated Service and Oversight framework.
Competent user of Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis capabilities. Experience using Tableau is beneficial.
Experience using the following applications would be advantageous: Unavista, DTCC GTR, Trade Echo, Charles River, Simcorp Dimension, IHS Markit, Novatus.
You will have a genuine interest in regulation and the ability to learn quickly. You will thrive in a busy environment, have strong communication, and time management skills demonstrating flexibility when reacting to changing priorities.
