• Complicated birth injury cases, orthopaedic negligence, issues of misdiagnosis and cosmetic surgery claims
• Regularly act against NHS hospitals and GPs as well as international pharmaceutical and medical device companies

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
• To have up to 3 years PQE within clinical negligence law
• If you are a Newly Qualified Solicitor then some clinical negligence experience is preferred
