  • Lead polymer formulation and development projects.
  • Formulate effective compound solutions versus specific customer and market needs
  • Support scale-up, quality control, and commercialization.
  • Provide technical service to customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct trials, evaluations, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate formulations and documentation.
  • Research and implement new technologies.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
What you will bring as Senior Polymer Technologist
  • Degree in Polymer Chemistry/Technology/Engineering or related field
  • Proven industry experience with a demonstrable background working with polymer compositions
  • Strong track record in polymer formulation and problem-solving.
  • Confident communicator with proven project leadership.
  • Proven ability to operate typical polymer testing and analytical apparatus and interpret results
