
Ford Lease Brand Specialist

- Share responsibility for Ford Lease contract performance, penetration and renewal targets.
- Monitor the performance of the Ford Lease account & portfolio and provide management information re its performance and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Ford Lease team, FoB Contract Hire Yield Management team, as well as with other key stakeholders such as FCB Finance & Sales teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Ford Lease & FoB on wide range of issues relating to the financing of Lease vehicles, in particular variable marketing programmes.
- Work with Ford Lease & FoB to actively support the delivery of vehicle sales targets
- Continually promote the virtues of an integrated marketing strategy and go to market approach to Ford Lease & FoB stakeholders.
- Develop and flawlessly implement marketing programmes in conjunction with Ford Lease and the FoB Yield Management teams, ensuring that competitor analysis, portfolio analysis and marketing programme performance data insights are utilised effectively.
- Work with Ford Lease to manage Pricing requests.
- Co-ordinate marketing & renewal programme launches with the rest of the FCB Marketing team to ensure flawless implementation.
- Co-ordinate Take to Market with Ford Lease for product launches.
- Ensure timeliness and quality of dealer communications relating to Ford Lease marketing programmmes.
- Support the Digital & Communications Specialist with Ford Lease promotional activity required to effectively communicate key customer offers.
- Participate in Ford Lease, FCB and FoB working group or Sales meetings as needed
- Understand and incorporate Treating Customers Fairly and Consumer Duty principles into all Ford Lease marketing programme activity.
- Provide marketing programme support to the FCB & FoB Sales teams.
- Ad-Hoc projects or assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage in effective dialogue, present to and negotiate with Ford Lease, Ford and Ford Credit colleagues at a variety of levels and influence and 'sell' ideas.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Ford Dealer network and Ford Credit Britain in general, and strong commercial and market awareness gained in FCB or FoB Marketing and/or Sales.
- Be a dynamic self-starter, with the ability to identify opportunities, influence and 'sell' ideas
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated by an underlying passion for our business.
- Strong drive for results and the ability to see tasks through to a successful conclusion, with a proven track record of delivering quality work within tight deadlines.
- Be a proven team player with experience of working within a diverse team environment.
- Ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with Ford Lease, FCB and FoB stakeholders.
- Strong numerical, analytical and data interrogation skills.
- Have excellent PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Marketing qualification would be advantageous.
