- Resource planning and allocation - Determine the resources needed for projects, assigns staff based on skills and availability, and creates allocation plans.
- Time Management - Be the lead for managing all time across the business (excluding Central functions).
- Capacity planning - Ensures the organisation has the necessary resources and capacity to meet project demands, both current and future.
- Staffing and Hiring - Support on the hiring of new employees or contractors to meet specific project needs.
- Resource Management - Oversees the use of resources, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently. (People and equipment).
- Conflict Resolution - Oversees the use of resources, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring - Tracks utilisation of resources, identifies areas for improvement and ensures resources are performing as expected.
- Coordination - works closely with project managers, and the Senior People & Culture Advisor, to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
- Communication - Communicates project needs and resource availability to stakeholders ensuring everyone is informed.
- Continuous Improvement - Identifies areas for improvement in resource management processes and recommends solutions.
- Strong analytical skills - the ability to analyse data, assess resource needs, and make informed decisions
- Organisational skills - ability to manage multiple projects and track resource utilisation
- Communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members.
- Problem solving skills - ability to identify and resolve resource conflicts and other challenges
- Negotiation skills - the ability to negotiate resource allocation with stakeholders.
- Leadership skills - Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
- 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, christmas shutdown, the day for your birthday

- Flexi-hours, our full hours are 9-5:30, but core hours are 10-4:00, the remaining hours outside of this (if you're an early bird or night owl) are up to you to decide when to work
