Apply today to work as a Batch Operative for our client's busy site, which supplies everything that sits on supermarket shelves.Staffline is recruiting Batch Operatives to work in Stoke-on-Trent.The rate of pay is from £12.73 to £14.24 per hour.There is also a performance bonus available to all colleagues who exceed targets for the area, which can be the equivalent of up £2000 additional per year!This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7, the hours of work are:- 10am to 5.30pmYour Time at WorkAs a Batch Operative at this site, your duties include:- Picking orders
- Moving stock
- General site hygieneColleagues must be physically fit as you will be lifting upto 25kg at times.Our Perfect WorkerOur perfect worker pays great attention to detail, works with accuracy and has time management skills. You should be organised and focused.This job is physically demanding, our ideal colleague would be both physically fit and have the ability to work by themselves. If you are successful, you will be happy to be on your feet for 8 hours.You will work well individually or within a team, can work under pressure to meet targets and have a flexible approach to the day-to-day requirements.Applicants must have a good level of English speaking and maths skills.Previous MHE experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.Key Information and Benefits- Earn £12.73 - £14.24 per hour
