Teaching Tomorrow is seeking committed and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Oxfordshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties.Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Help deliver tailored interventions and differentiated activities
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs
- Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion in learning

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
