- Regularly review and update governance structures to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with account teams to identify, assess, and manage risks.
- Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Ensure adherence to applicable legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead the development and tracking of compliance programmes and procedures.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance systems.
- Monitor service delivery standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement enhancements to quality processes in collaboration with account teams.
- Oversee account-level financial governance including P&L ownership, working capital optimisation, and debt management.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance and support strategic decision-making through financial insights.
- Create and maintain clear, accessible policies and procedures.
- Communicate updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for governance and assurance matters, addressing concerns proactively.
- Produce regular reports on governance, assurance, and financial performance.
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions based on findings.
- Deliver training on governance, assurance, and financial protocols.
- Promote a culture of quality and compliance across the account.
- Manage succession planning and development for direct reports.
