What you will do:
  • Conduct thorough dietary assessments of patients in Inpatient Rehab settings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their nutritional needs.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams within the Magnolia Unit, collaborating with acute hospital providers and community teams.
  • Manage your caseload autonomously, using excellent organisational and time management skills to deliver exceptional care.
  • Engage in evidence-based audits or research projects to refine clinical practices, initiating positive changes within the service.
  • Contribute to service protocols and the implementation of innovative practices, working closely with senior staff and the clinical lead.
