Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver a dynamic, high-quality food offering· Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to develop innovative menus· Drive continuous improvement in food quality, presentation, and sustainability· Oversee food operations, budget management, and cost control (GP & labour)· Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and calorie legislation· Support new product launches and menu rollouts across the site· Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and valueWhat We’re Looking For:·
