- Lead, plan and execute digital marketing campaign strategy,execution and reporting, covering all digital marketing channels e.g. SEO/SEM, email, social, search, display and digital audio
- Lead, develop, and test the creative process and concepts for digital marketing campaigns ensuring this is maximised for lead generation and brand positioning
- In collaboration with Head of Marketing, growth and leadership teams define the overall content marketing plan, channel strategy and measurement of content marketing engagement across Digital Transformation and ensure this is optimised for brand consideration and awareness
- Work with the Head of Marketing, growth and leadership team to develop lead generation campaigns incorporating events and content strategy that supports the DT-growth goals
- Lead the design and implementation of measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimise and communicate the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Support the development of CRM strategy and implementation
- Edit and optimise content from the business that drives engagement for our audiences ● Improve the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of digital marketing campaigns
- Identify and test trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on this
- Lead, create and define new and creative growth strategies
- Research and understand our services, audiences and competitor activity
- Work in partnership with our growth & agencies to support lead generation
- Research and understand with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics to ensure we adopt best practice
- Lead the programme management of campaigns from start to finish
- In collaboration with the Head of Marketing execute and optimise organic and paid social media strategy, plan and production across linkedin, instagram, and youtube and ensure effective measurement and reporting are in place to understand impact
- In collaboration with Head of Marketing take responsibility for coordinating and managing website content, design, uploads, product backlog and content management system
- Conduct research on the competitive environment and gather market data for the business to define well informed topics and themes for marketing creation.
- Experience developing compelling stories for marketing with excellent communications skills, copywriting, editing and proofing skills
- Proven leadership experience in company of scale and complexity
- Proven experience in content marketing
- Proven experience managing a content management system
- Experience managing website design/development and content
- Proven experience in digital marketing in B2B
- Proven experience in programme management
- Digital native having digital marketing and multi channel social media experience
- Excellent organisation and project management
