As a Business Development Intern, you will immerse yourself in the world of face-to-face sales, learning essential negotiation and sales strategies that are valuable skills for any aspiring professional. In addition to gaining practical sales experience, you will have the opportunity to participate in credited leadership courses designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career. You will also be involved in the operations side of our business, gaining insights into the day-to-day functions that drive our success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and implement effective face-to-face sales techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Assist in identifying and prospecting new clients through various channels.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to gain exposure to the sales process.
  • Shadow senior team members to learn negotiation strategies and best practices.
  • Enroll in credited leadership courses to develop essential leadership skills for future career growth.
  • Contribute to the operations side of the business by assisting with administrative tasks and project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall objectives of the company.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have the right to work or be living in the UK
  • Must be in London (no work from home opportunities)
  • Strong interest in sales, negotiation, and leadership development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
