We’re working with a vibrant primary school in Ashford that’s looking for a warm, reliable, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their team for the morning shift. This is a brilliant opportunity to support young learners while keeping your afternoons free.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting pupils in the classroom with learning activities and routines
  • Working alongside teachers to create a positive and inclusive environment
  • Encouraging children’s confidence, independence, and curiosity
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Someone with a genuine interest in working with children
  • Experience in a school or childcare setting is a bonus, but not essential
  • A calm, friendly, and flexible approach
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
