- Process learner enrolment forms completing eligibility checks and compliant completion of any documentation associated with the onboarding of learners.
- Support course enrolment and induction sessions to ensure learner’s expectations are managed and all enrolment paperwork completed accurately.
- Liaise with learners and stakeholders to collect learner evidence and upload into the relevant folders.
- Lead on uploading of monthly data returns, learner evidence, and ensuring compliant documentation is completed timely.
- Support the team at learner focused events and locations to promote the Skills Bootcamp provision.
- Update the Management Information Systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry including achievement and job outcomes per learner.
- Assist in creating learner certificates and uploading into relevant folders.
- Lead on booking rooms at the campus for upcoming courses.
- Contribute to the continual improvement and growth of the department.
- Continue to develop own skills and knowledge through attendance at relevant training and CDP events.
- High attention to detail in data entry
- Experience managing high volumes of data on various IT systems
- Ability to understand data, and interpret to improve
