  • Plan and implement a curriculum that meets the individual needs of children
  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
  • Observe and assess children's development and progress, and communicate this effectively to parents
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the setting
  • Support children with their personal care needs and promote independence
Required Qualifications:Level 3 Early Years Educator qualificationEducation:GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and EnglishExperience:Previous experience working in an early years settingKnowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities
  • Good communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an early years setting
