Head of Housing Improvement, Regulation and PerformanceAre you passionate about enhancing housing services and making a real difference in your community? Our client, a forward-thinking local authority, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as the Head of Housing Improvement, Regulation, and Performance. This is a temporary contract with a competitive daily rate ranging from £650 to £750 per day Umbrella, offering an exciting opportunity to lead transformative initiatives for a period of 6 months.Key Responsibilities:As the Head of Housing Improvement, Regulation, and Performance, you will:
  • Lead the Charge: Develop and implement strategic improvement programmes that enhance housing services and elevate tenant satisfaction.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee regulatory compliance by conducting thorough testing and audits to meet statutory obligations.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: analyse performance data to provide insights and inform decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with senior leaders, teams, and residents to align goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive High Standards: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient housing services that meet the diverse needs of tenants.
