• Producing management accounts and supporting with investment decisions
• Getting involved in strategic projects and providing financial advice
• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
• Managing profit and loss reporting
• Helping to coordinate audits
• Keeping records accurate and compliant with regulations

• Experience in the fresh produce or food sector is a plus, but not essential
• Strong Excel skills
• Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), but we're open to those qualified by experience too
• A team player who's happy to get stuck in at all levels
• Someone who's driven, resilient and ready to take on a new challenge
