Salary: Dependent on experience and qualificationsWe are looking for a compassionate, resilient and committed 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant to join our dedicated team in a friendly and inclusive primary school in Corby.This is a full-time role supporting a child with social, emotional, and behavioural needs on a one-to-one basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive in a nurturing environment.About the Role:As a 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:Provide dedicated, individualised support to a pupil with behavioural needsImplement behaviour support plans and strategies in line with school policiesWork closely with class teachers, SENCo, and external professionalsBuild a positive and trusting relationship with the pupilSupport learning activities, promote engagement, and help the pupil achieve their potentialWe are looking for someone who:Has experience supporting children with behavioural, social or emotional needsRemains calm, consistent and positive in challenging situationsHas excellent communication and teamwork skillsIs patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusionUnderstands the importance of safeguarding and promoting wellbeingWe can offer you:A supportive and experienced staff teamA school culture that prioritises wellbeing and inclusionA chance to make a meaningful difference to a child’s life✅ To apply, please send your CV to:All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
