Join our Technology team, working in agile squads with passionate colleagues, to deliver top-tier technical solutions for our iOS mobile app in a fast-paced environment.About The RoleAs an iOS Engineer, you will deliver a substantial backlog of varied and exciting changes to our mobile-first consumer finance platform. You will work in agile squads to provide high-quality technical solutions, contributing to a business revolutionising the consumer finance industry.Key Responsibilities
  • Work with product owners and designers to refine, estimate and prioritise Jira tickets
  • Attend and contribute to agile ceremonies and platform discussions
  • Collaborate with other iOS engineers through the code peer review process
  • Deliver code that is easy to understand, maintain and test
  • Collaborate closely with engineers from other platforms

The successful candidate must reside in Europe and have the legal right to work in the jurisdiction they live in and meet the following criteria:Required Skills & Experience
  • Enthusiasm to learn and deliver high-quality software.
  • Proactive mindset to shape architecture and drive projects with new technologies and best practices.
  • Experience in agile teams with practices like pairing and code reviews.
  • Proven experience developing consumer-facing iOS apps using UIKit-based Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Understanding of design patterns, SOLID, and clean code principles.
  • Ability to write unit tests with strong knowledge of mocking dependencies.
  • Experience with dependency managers like Cocoapods and SPM.
  • Familiarity with fastlane for automation.
  • Familiarity with crash report analysis, bug fixing, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Git, and Bitrise.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with MVVM architecture, Combine, and XCUI.
  • Knowledge of delivering accessibility features for users.
  • Experience managing apps in the Apple Developer Console and App Store Connect.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Sketch or Figma.
  • Experience with other front-end platforms such as Android or Web (Angular).
