Offering More Than Just a Job:The Pimlico Group is committed to nurturing talent, offering continuous growth opportunities.Be part of a culture that recognises hard work and fuels your ambition.To work within our planned works sales department as a part of our external sales team, completing site survey visits and pricing for London homeowners for planned installations, like bathrooms, roofing or general refurbishing projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Complete site survey visits as allocated by the planned works sales administration team in a timely manner
  • Own, manage and follow through all sales opportunities in pipeline
  • Regularly report pipeline status, and forecast to planned works sales manager
  • Provide information to the estimating team on completing site surveys so a comprehensive estimate can be produced and sent to the customer
  • Work with high profile customers, understand their needs and build value to all customers, aligning to customer’s high expectations and budget.
  • Provide intelligence and information surrounding pricing modelling, competition and assist in wider sales strategy. Assist in the follow up and chasing of estimates as needed
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
  • Project Manage larger on going works as required
Critical Success Factors
  • Individual quarter and annual revenue target met or exceeded
  • Average number of weekly site survey visits for estimates at agreed level
Personal Attributes
  • Has a building or domestic property technical understanding
  • Worked in similar survey, technical sales role
  • Has a commercial, entrepreneurial mind set
  • Understanding of bathroom & boilers would be preferable
  • Used to working on own and within a team to exceed sales targets
  • A driven individual that enjoys hunting opportunities and chasing them in for success

  • Competitive base Salary
  • Performance Related Bonus OTE £75,000 per annum.
