
German Speaking Account Manager

- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
- Drive new business acquisition (~40%) alongside renewals and expansions (~60%).
- Run the full sales cycle – prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across architecture, engineering, and construction.
- Work remotely with occasional London meet-ups for team collaboration.

- Fluent in German (essential); French is a bonus.
- 2+ years in SaaS sales (Account Management or AE) – ConTech/AEC experience highly desirable.
- A natural hunter with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Confident managing a hybrid role of new business and account growth.
- UK-based preferred, but strong DACH-based candidates will also be considered.
