- Administering all agreed warranty claims and documentation.
- Ensure profitability of all warranty submissions is maximised by reviewing job cards completed by colleagues and requesting alterations be made where appropriate.
- Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports highlighting any discrepancies to management and the Brand where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.
- Keeping up to date with warranty procedures and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail with an organised, logical and methodical approach is essential.
- Proven experience in a Warranty Administration capacity is desirable.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Experience of using databases with a good understanding of Microsoft Offices systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- A valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties.
- Up to £28,000 dependent upon experience.
