A Top 6 Accounting Practice located in Central London is recruiting for a Share Plans and Incentives Tax ManagerThe Share Plans and Incentives team are a key part of the Practice's Global Employer Services offering, where they work collaboratively with other service lines such as Employment Tax and Global Mobility to advise clients of varying sizes, from start-ups to and entrepreneurial businesses and multinational groups!As a Share Plans and Incentives Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing your own client portfolio and being the main point of contact
  • Advising on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership
  • Utilising your indepth knowledge of EMI and ESS
  • Experience of reward tax, employment taxes, National Insurance Contributions and CGT
  • Experience in the preparation of share valuations
  • Identify business development opportunities from new and existing clients
  • Staff management experience including delegating work, conducting performance reviews, and delivery of technical training
Ideally you will be CTA or ACA qualified, with demonstrable experience as a Manager in a Rewards/Share Plans focused position in a client facing environment.The business operates a flexible working policy and this team currently work 2 days per week in the office in central London.
