Payroll Processor & HR Administrator (Part Time

- Accurately prepare and run the payroll on a monthly basis
- Ensure all payroll paperwork is completed correctly
- Administer and inputting information for SSP, SMP, SPP, benefits, pension contributions
- Answer any payroll queries whilst maintaining a high level of service
- Assist with creating job descriptions, shortlisting and advising on interview process
- Coordinate and administer annual pay reviews, staff inductions, pension re-enrolment and payroll end of year activities
- Prepare contracts of employment
- Accurately maintain personnel files and ensure they're kept up to date
- Support with collating and the preparation of HR documents
- Previous payroll experience is essential
- Basic HR knowledge would be advantageous
- Experience using Sage
- Knowledge of payroll, pensions and HR legislation and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with great care
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt and provide support where required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective time management and highly organised
- Part Time – 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday (flexibility on start and finish times)
