- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing corporate, leisure, and city wide event clients.
- Leads by example in sales excellence, fosters a proactive sales driven culture
- Collaborate with the revenue & marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the local market.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting progress and areas for growth.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high satisfaction levels.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on hotel sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of hotel sales and revenue management systems.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
