Full-Time / Permanent positionSimon Acres Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established retailer to find an experienced Sales Consultant for their busy showroom in Lincolnshire.You'll work closely with the Showroom Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help design stylish bathroom solutions using in-house planning tools.Key Responsibilities:Face-to-face and phone-based salesMeet and exceed KPIs through up-selling and cross-sellingCreate bathroom designs with customersMaintain showroom standards and handle stockKey holding duties when requiredHandle payments and order processingProvide excellent customer care and product adviceWhat We’re Looking For:Retail sales experience, ideally in KBB or interiorsStrong communication and design skillsTarget-driven with a professional, enthusiastic approachFlexible and team-orientedInterested?
