Join Our Team as a Catering Assistant!Location: Great Western Hospital Swindon.
Shifts: 5/7 days a week - Various patterns which will include (7:00-15:00, 12:00-20:00, 11:00-19:00)Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in people's lives? Your contributions will enhance their comfort during their stay, making every meal a moment of joy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve Meals: Deliver delicious meals with a smile, catering to dietary needs and preferences.
  • Water Jugs: Keep patients hydrated by regularly refilling their water jugs, ensuring they always have access to fresh water.
  • Collecting & Cleaning: Efficiently collect trays and utensils after meals, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
  • Washing Up: Handle dishwashing duties with care, making sure all kitchenware is spotless and ready for the next service.
  • Kitchen Cleaning: Assist in keeping the kitchen tidy and organised, adhering to health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour to create a positive atmosphere for our patients.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure meals are served and presented beautifully.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is a plus, but not essential.
