Managing the Maximo CMMS asset management system through data validation and data collection
Work order allocation to team members
Providing a communication avenue between the team and the wider business
Coordinating onsite resources
Liaising with external contractors and managing the contractor control process from concept to completion.
Owning key accounts such as work wear and telecoms providers
Raising access passes for various contractors
Procuring goods through compliant suppliers
Manage records to maintain regulatory compliance
Accompany ad-hoc contractors to various worksites.
Contribute to managing the safety of the extended team
Assist & deliver site-wide and team events
Coordinate the team as delegate for team leader
Interface with stakeholders to schedule downtime

Qualifications/Requirements
