We are looking for a motivated Organisational Development Consultant to join our diverse and friendly team at UAL. This role sits within our Organisation Development and Staff Development (OSD) team, supporting the delivery of strategic people and culture priorities. Through the work you will undertake in this role, you can help us make a difference to the experiences of our staff and students.As OD Consultant, you will work on a wide range of organisational development initiatives with a focus on developing forward-looking people policies, equipping managers with the skills and knowledge required to support their staff, and working collaboratively across the organisation to promote staff engagement.This role will be a perfect fit if you enjoy building relationships, the intricacies of policy development, and thinking creatively to introduce new and diverse ways of enhancing employee experience and wellbeing.About you
The OSD team works on a wide range of projects across the entire organisation.
