- Develop, agree, and implement category plans and savings initiatives.
- Identify and deliver cost reductions and volume-based discounts.
- Manage contract renewals and maintain the supplier database.
- Lead the Supplier Management Programme, ensuring timely reporting and supplier performance monitoring.
- Support the deployment of the Coupa P2P system and drive continuous improvement.
- Achieve annual savings and cost efficiencies.
- Maintain a KPI-driven, well-managed supply chain.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Establish Mitie as a trusted partner, unlocking joint value with key suppliers.
- Be recognised as the Procurement Subject Matter Expert and 'go-to' resource.
- Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years' procurement experience in Telecoms, Service, Hardware, or Software categories.
- Proven category management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and P2P systems.
- MCIPS qualification is desirable.
