- An exceptional communicator with capacity to talk to candidates at all levels from support to senior leadership.
- Organised and professional when approaching problem solving.
- Capable to creative thinking and happy to share ideas.
- Confident to meet candidates face-to-face and conduct professional interviews.
- Working as part of a team supporting consultants to fill key roles at school levels.
- Writing adverts to attract talent, conducting searches via job boards and social media.
- Attending networking events to include career fairs, graduate events, and school open days.
- Meeting deadlines for our clients for urgent hires and ensuring you understand their needs.
- Creating a talent pool for our schools and MSP's.
- Conducting both telephone and face to face interviews.
- Creating CV's and working profiles for candidates to share with our schools.
- Using video technology to create candidate “snap shots” for use in marketing campaigns.
- Progressing applications through our CRM to include some compliance.
- Ongoing communication and relationship building to manage progress and understand availability.
- Supporting candidates into assignments and interview coaching.
