As an Estimator, you will play a key role in assessing project requirements, preparing accurate costings, and supporting our business development process. You'll work closely with our project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all estimates are competitive, precise, and aligned with client expectations.Responsibilities*Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
*Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare costs.
*Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
*Evaluate risks, timescales, and project constraints.
*Support project teams in delivering cost-effective solutions.What We're Looking For*Proven experience as an Estimator in construction.
*Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
*Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
