Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Head Chef, Chef Manager, or similar
  • Background in contract catering, education, healthcare, or public sector roles
  • Strong understanding of allergens, special diets, stock control, and food safety
  • Ability to manage a small team and run day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Own whites, knives, and safety shoes
  • Driving license and access to transport preferred
  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK
