- Managing independent projects - Project sizes will vary and may be part of a program. You will manage the project throughout its life cycle - from qualification stage through project closure. Attention to detail time management and influencing people skills are key ingredients to be successful in managing projects.
- Working with Program and/or Project Managers - There will be times when you will be assigned to assist a program or project manager by managing sub-projects or key task elements. With each assignment you report regularly on the progress and manage each assignment through its completion.
- Working with project teams - Every project is completed through team effort. You can work effectively with teammates that may be local or distant. You host meetings as needed to gather and share project details. Your ability to help drive activities through others to meet the project timelines and goals are key for driving project success.
- Working with customers - When working with program or project managers you help fulfill the project commitments to our customers as assigned. There will be times when you will be in front of the customer clarifying requirements communicating on project status or interacting with customer work teams on project activities.
- Project Management administration - Your ability to write clearly and simply are key skills to documenting project activities. Documentation can range from requirement summaries resource and project plans status reports change requests risks issues and variance reports to lessons learned. Accuracy is the key to all documentation.
- Ideally you have a track record in Project Management managing one or more projects from inception through to closure within a commercial environment.
- Optimally you have experience with an IT solutions or airline industry solutions provider and are ready to hit the ground running.

- University degree or equivalent experience
