Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Nottingham, reporting to the Finance Manager on a temporary basis and starting as soon as possible.You will play a vital role in our client's Finance Team within the Manufacturing and Production industry based in Nottingham.Purchase Ledger Clerk Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with queries
  • Matching, coding and processing invoices
  • Monitoring the ledger
  • Reconciliations
  • Making payments
  • Providing support to our clients wider team
  • Preparing weekly payments
  • Supporting with system change
  • Rolling out the changes
  • Training to internal staff
  • Adhoc duties that may be required
  • Above all, playing a fundamental role in our client's business
Immediate Start Available |Hybrid WorkingThe successful Purchase Ledger Clerk:
  • Have experience working as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a all rounded finance position
  • Experience using finance software
