CarmichaelUK is recruiting for an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a complex superstructure project in Buckinghamshire. This is a high-profile scheme requiring a strong understanding of temporary works coordination and safety in major infrastructure environments.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a unique structure involving formwork, falsework, crane & MEWP platforms, ramps, lifting methodology, slope stability and more.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all temporary works between site and multiple design teamsReview and prepare TW design briefs and manage the full design and approval processEnsure TW is implemented in line with approved designs and client proceduresConduct inspections, issue TW permits, and monitor implementationLiaise closely with site teams, TWDs, TWDCs, and the clientLead and mentor Temporary Works SupervisorsActively promote SHE compliance and safe engineering practicesAbout You:Degree in Civil Engineering or similar (preferred)CITB TWC certification (essential)Chartered or working towards membership of ICE, IStructE, CIOB, or equivalentProven experience managing a wide variety of TW schemesStrong understanding of TW procedures, engineering management, and design processesPrevious experience on major infrastructure projectsStrong communicator and organised team player
