
Property Administrator

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and asset records in internal systems.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and third parties to coordinate and monitor repairs and maintenance works, particularly around end-of-tenancy processes.
- Manage inbox communications and follow up on outstanding tasks in a timely manner.
- Assist in generating reports and analysing data on repair performance and contractor activity.
- Support finance and operations teams with processing purchase orders and ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with internal procedures.
- Previous experience in a property, housing, or maintenance related administrative role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Salary of £25,000-£26,000 per annum.
- Permanent, full-time position based in Manchester (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
