You will:
  • Support pupils with their communication, independence and personal development
  • Help them grow in confidence, problem-solving and self-belief
  • Create learning that’s fun, meaningful and motivating
  • Work in partnership with teachers, therapists and families
  • Encourage children to enjoy learning in school and beyond
  • Use creative approaches to help pupils learn, communicate and make choices
