Barlborough Medical Practice is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Advance Nurse Practitioner to join our team.Our Clinician team consists of ANPs and GPs to provide quality care to our patients.Main duties of the jobAutonomously seeing clinics of patients in surgery to deliver a high standard of patient care.Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with both minor and complex needs, initiating referrals as appropriate and planning clinical care accordingly.Possible home visits.About usBarlborough Medical Practice is a friendly forward thinking GP practice in Barlborough, North East Derbyshire, and a member of the NHS Derby and Derbyshire ICB.The Practice is a semi rural dispensing practice run from 2 sites, a main surgery at Barlborough, and a branch at Renishaw.
