- 39.5 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:00; Friday 07:30 - 15:00

- You are a Chef that can produce great-tasting food, challenge standards, and ensure quality and consistency to company and brand specifications.
- Ensuring the food service achieves maximum efficiency, achieving a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Working with the General Manager to review menu costings and planning for seasonal business fluctuations
- Ensuring all bookwork is completed within agreed timescales and company requirements.
- Ensuring all HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety Legislation requirements are always adhered to.
- Working as part of a team, you will provide an efficient and friendly service to customers, assisting as directed with all aspects of food preparation and presentation to high quality standards.
- Maintain a hygienic and tidy environment; ensure tables, accompaniments and counters are kept clean and adequately supplied throughout the service period.
- Complying with all company and legal procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health and safety and personal requirements.
- Ensure displays are stocked at the end of each shift.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
- 2 Years Experence in Similar Role
- Food Hygiene Level 3 qualified
