Graduate Software Engineer – C#A fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Software Engineer/ Developer with proficient knowledge in C# to join an industry-leading software company with offices in Leicestershire. Offering excellent training, career progression and prospects, this is an ideal time for a top entry-level C# Software Engineer to start their career while being guided by a team of engineers well versed in hiring graduate talent.Location: 2 days a week in Leicestershire/3 days remote (ideally you will drive, but commutable via public transport from Leicester, Market Harborough and Rugby).Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + benefitsRequirements for Graduate Software Engineer – C#
  • 2.2 honours degree or above in a relevant subject with a high Computer Science content i.e. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering
  • At least CCC at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
  • Proficient in either C#
  • Excellent object-oriented programming knowledge
  • Good knowledge in AT LEAST 2 of the following: Cyber Security, Databases, Agile or Testing.
  • Ideally, you will have knowledge of Visual Studio in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • You have completed personal coding projects
  • Passion for coding and interest in software development
  • Self-motivated
  • Fantastic communication skills
Responsibilities for Graduate Software Engineer – C#
  • Development and maintenance of high-quality software applications
  • Collaboration with software development, testers, and product management teams
  • Involvement in both technical and business aspects of the product
  • Identify the risks and create a plan of actions
  • Identify the issues and implement the resolutions
  • Contribution to software design
  • Meet the deadlines and uphold the high standard
