The Medicine and Emergency Care Board at Newcastle Hospitals Trust, consists of a range of specialities including Renal Services, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Diabetes, Immunology and General Internal Medicine. Offering a full efficient administration and secretarial service to our clinical teams within Medicine and Emergency Care Board these roles are crucial in ensuring we are able to offer the highest level of patient care and management.   • One to one administration/secretarial support to consultants and wider clinical teams.

Applicants will be reliable whilst having a flexible working approach in supporting systems and their functions. The post holder will have a genuine desire to provide a quality administration service for patients with a clear understanding of patient confidentiality. The role has lots of variety and ad-hoc demands and the post holder must possess excellent time management and planning skills.Job Purpose
