This unique role involves residing with the client for extended periods, typically on a rotational basis. You will assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.Benefits
  • Earning from £925 (paid weekly), depending on client needs, includes £50 weekly meal allowance.
  • Travel expenses up to £50 paid for to and from placements.
  • Weekly in-person support and supervision in the client's home from our dedicated care managers.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
  • Providing compassionate and personalised care to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
  • Administering medications as directed and maintaining medication schedules.
  • Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living spaces.
  • Engaging clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialisation and well-being.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
QualificationsDoes this sound like you?
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in challenging situations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass background checks.
