Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in Retford.We are looking for Part Time Female Waking Support WorkerAs a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital role in their life.What we're looking for:
  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
A driver is preferred for this role but not essential.Shift times:
  • Waking Nights: 21:00 - 07:00am
