Are you a passionate automotive professional with a flair for developing others?We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning & Skills Trainer to join our award-winning training team, delivering Level 3 Light Vehicle Apprenticeships to the next generation of technicians.

Working with both prestige and volume brands, including some of the biggest names in the sector, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the automotive industry.

What Youâll Be Doing:

Deliver engaging, high-quality training to apprentices at the start of their automotive careers.

Share your expertise across light vehicle diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repair.

Inspire, coach, and support apprentices to achieve their qualifications and excel in their careers.

Collaborate with leading employer partners to ensure programmes meet industry needs and standards.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled automotive professional with hands-on experience in the light vehicle sector, ideally gained across both volume and prestige brands.Youâll bring with you a strong technical background and a genuine passion for the industry, but equally important is your ability to inspire, motivate, and guide the next generation of technicians.

Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

Level 3 Refrigerant Handling, Level 3 Electric Vehicle & Hybrid qualified

Level 3 Assessor Award, Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance, Level 4/5 Teacher qualified (or willing to work towards)
