
Revenue Operations Analyst, Partner

- Support the Global Channel and Partner Sales team by delivering operational tools, analytics, and processes that help them meet and exceed their revenue targets.
- Maintain high quality of data accuracy, consistency, and traceability throughout the channel and partner sales process; define key data fields and enforce data hygiene through documentation and education.
- Identify inefficiencies in the channel sales lifecycle and recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and policies that drive revenue, reduce friction, and improve team performance.
- Analyze channel performance and pipeline data to extract insights, build dashboards, and convert findings into actionable business proposals for channel and sales leadership.
- Support pricing strategy and deal execution by managing tiered partner discount structures, validating deal compliance, and helping enforce program rules.
- Assist in the design and maintenance of channel/partner compensation plans by providing data models, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive operational excellence by reinforcing standard operating procedures, documenting best practices, and supporting adoption across sales, channel, and partner teams.
- Implement scalable processes by working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Channel teams to define repeatable workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Support the Deal Desk team in structuring complex channel deals, coordinating approvals, and helping reduce sales cycle friction.
- Contribute to the execution and tracking of channel and partner program initiatives, including onboarding, enablement, certifications, and incentives.
- Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience is strongly recommended.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales operations, partner operations, revenue operations, or a related GTM function.
- Hands-on experience supporting a partner or channel sales organization, including working with Partner Account Executives, tracking partner performance, managing deal registration processes, or supporting partner programs.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven business is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is required; familiarity with HubSpot, Salesloft, Clari, or similar tools is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Obsessive attention to detail. There is no aspect of a project too small to matter.
- Operate well in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment without requiring significant supervision.
- Can think creatively and independently to resolve conflict as well as solve problems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
