As part of this backend team, you'll play a central role in crafting powerful tools that scale with demand, elevate user experiences, and unlock new capabilities for the business.What You Bring
  • Hands on with C#, .Net, SQL.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern development workflows
  • Experience in cloud-based software development
  • Comfortable communicating technical ideas to both engineers and non-tech stakeholders
  • Proven ability to contribute to complex software delivery lifecycles
  • Either a relevant degree or real-world experience
What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services
  • Dive into existing systems to improve, optimize, and future-proof the codebase
  • Get hands-on in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and platform issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to shape solutions and provide technical insights
  • Support product testing and quality control processes during project rollouts
  • Contribute to estimates, planning, and proposals with a problem-solving mindset
  • Drive clean code practices and continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
