  • Oversee and manage a team within the CAMHS Single Point of Contact
  • Coordinate and manage caseloads, ensuring high-quality care and timely interventions
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to support children and young people with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual service users
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting best practices and professional development
  • Attend meetings and liaise with external agencies as required
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
